Ideas in Motion at TEDxConcordia Yesterday’s TEDx Concordia event went off without a hitch. Independently organized, the event’s team brought in more than 400 people and boasted an all-day roster of 18 talks by invigorating people. The day started bright and early at 9am at the Eric Maclean Center for the Performing Arts right off of West Broadway. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At the TEDxConcordia event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
